RACISM/RACIAL SLURS
Using RACIAL SLURS or being RACIST will get you kicked/banned right away, we are a open realism unit to ANYONE, we all think that everybody needs to be treated equal!! If a 99th ID member gets caught using racial slurs or being racist he'll get a C Demerit (Conduct Demerit) and may be exposed to a demotion/discharge of the 99th ID
PORN SPRAYS
PORN SPRAYS will get you removed from the server, if a 99th ID member gets caught using a porn spray, he will receive a R Demerit (Rules)
MIC/CHAT SPAMMING
It will get you kicked from the server, if a 99th ID member gets caught spamming he'll get a C Demerit
TEAM KILLING/WOUNDING
If you abuse that, you'll get kicked, if a 99th ID member gets caught abusing TeamKills and TeamWounds he'll get a R Demerit
HACKS/EXPLOITS/GLITCHES
It will get you perm banned right away, if a 99th ID Member gets caught, cheating/exploiting/glitching he'll get kicked from 99th ID permanantly
BASHING ANOTHER PLAYER
It will get you Kicked/Ban with no warning, if a 99th ID gets caught bashing a player he will receive a C Demerit
RESPECT ALL PUBBERS AND UNIT MEMBERS
It will get you kicked or even banned, if a 99th ID get's caught disrespecting a pubber/unit member he'll get a C Demerit
Section 1.1 99th ID members Rules:
1: Respect pubbers and ALL members of the 99th ID
2: Always listen to what an Officer or NCO tells you
3: Always salute the officers if you are the highest ranked present on server
4: Show the example by not insulting anyone or make fun of em NO MATTER WHY
5: Show the example by having a good behavior towards the other players
6: Respect all Pubbing and Realism rules
7: Always post an LOA (Leave of absence) if you go away for more than one day
8: Always show up to Scrims/Drills or post an LOA if you can't make it
Resepect
Respect is the big part we will focuss on, we want to treat everybody like we like to get treated, with respect and integrity... If you fail to follow this rule you will get a C Demerit
Listen to Officers and NCO's
They have been assigned to these's ranks for a reason, so, they know what they are doing/saying... You MUST Listen to them at all times or you expose yourself to a C demerit or even a discharge of the 99th ID
Saluting
Saluting is a mark of respect from lower ranks to higher ranks of ANY UNIT... So, if you are the highest ranked member on the server and ANY officer of ANY unit connects to the server you must be the ONLY one saluting... It is ALWAYS the highest ranked member who saluts.... All the ones below his rank don't say anything to avoid spamming, failing to do that is 1- Warning 2- Last warning 3- R Demerit
Insulting
Same as respect...
Good Behavior
You MUST show a good behavior if you WISH to rank up with the 99th ID
LOA's (Leave Of Absence)
IT IS VITAL to respect this, it will let us know if you cannot make it to a scrim/meeting/practice/bct... Or, if you go away for more than 1 day it will let us know you won't be available for unit activities... If you don't post LOA's and miss a meeting/scrim/practice/bct you will get a R Demerit
Section 2.0 Demerits
The Demerits are kept on your personal record for a month, if you reach 3 demerits in a month you are demoted to the rank of Private no matter what your rank is, they are applyed to keep a good discipline in the unit... Here's the list of demerits you can Have
Code R Demerit = Rules Demerit (Not following the rules)
Code C Demerit = Conduct Demerit (Having a demerit because of your conduct)
Code A Demerit = Attendence Demerit (If you miss BCT/DRILLS/PRACTICES/SCRIMS withoug posting an LOA)
After 3 Demerits in the month you get discharged from the 99th ID, it will be erased from your monthly record at every LAST day of the month a 00:00 AM Eastern but will be kept in your personnal record... We may consult your personnal record before giving you a promotion
